We stopped here to rest on our way to Mexico, and it was a really nice, clean place. The pillows were soft and smelled fresh, and breakfast was quite decent. The women at check-in and the room attendants were all so polite. I'd definitely consider this hotel for another trip.

I really liked the room. It was cleaned regularly while I was out, and I left the cleaner a tip. Definitely recommend this place.

The beds were the problem for me. For a higher end hotel, I wasn't expecting a mattress like you'd find at a Motel 6. I slept terribly and woke up with awful back and neck pain. I wouldn't stay here again.

The fifth floor hallway was over 80 degrees because the air conditioning wasn't working. I told staff about it over several days, but they didn't report it to maintenance until my third night. Management also never responded to my request to discuss the conditions. The room itself was okay, though the water never got hot, and the only working ice machine was on the first floor. Staff said the five story hotel had recently been renovated. I would have moved, but there was nowhere else available. Would I recommend it? No.

Hilton hotels always come through for me. The rooms are comfortable, nicely designed, and very clean.
