The photos gave me the wrong impression. My so-called premium room felt cheap and stale, and I could hear everything through the paper-thin walls. The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was dirty, the shower was awful, and someone’s used razor was still in the tub. The office shuts on Sundays, which meant I had to book an unnecessary extra day and check in Saturday. Then I was laid off during my second week and checked out just two days into a week I’d already paid for. The man at the front desk said the company doesn’t refund the five unused days. I understand now why they nearly pushed me to pay for a whole month up front. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort or amenities, and I won’t use a facility with the InTown name again.
Quiet, reasonably priced, and good for kids. The office staff gave great service, and housekeeping did a nice job cleaning my room each week. This is the best hotel around here. Kudos to the whole team, I highly recommend intown suites.

Mrs. Kaythrn was so sweet and amazing as GM. She helped my family every day we were there, checking that we were comfortable and having a good stay. I’d recommend asking for Mrs. Kaythrn. She’s the best, and you won’t be disappointed.
We’ve been staying at this location for nearly seven months, and the managers have been great. They’re welcoming, offer good deals, and get things taken care of quickly. After six months, they gave us two weeks free. The night worker is always reachable by phone. He can be at your door before you’ve even hung up, and he’s up at all hours making sure there aren’t problems. The parking lot feels great at night, and we feel safe in our room. It’s a quiet place to stay, and the staff take care of what you need. Thanks to all the managers and workers for everything you do for us.
