My sheets were dirty, and there were bedbugs. The man blamed me for bringing them in, despite multiple reviews mentioning bedbugs. Staff came into my room without permission, and they refused to refund me or move me to another room. I know you get what you pay for, but bedbugs are a different matter.
My daughter was staying there while she waited for her new house to be ready, and she found bedbugs. She asked the front desk to move her to another room or refund her, but they refused, blamed her for bringing the bugs, and made her leave without her money. I know for sure she didn’t bring them with her.
My friends saw the place and drove over from Biloxi to get me out of there. I’d only stayed because it was close to the depot and the situation was category 3. The walls were nasty, with stuff oozing down them. The so-called bedroom door lock let me see outside when it was closed, and there was no bolt or latch. They wanted a $20 deposit for the TV remote, and all the channels were in Espanol. Ugh, this place is repugnant.
The sheets were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the locks seemed easy to break into. Water pressure was low, service was crappy, and the owners came across as rude and greedy. It hardly ever seemed to have anyone there, which probably explains the service. For the same price, there are better places around. Not worth it.
Plenty of parking, a quiet location, and lots of room. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the service and price were both great. I’d recommend upgrading the towels and TV. There’s no mini fridge, microwave, or storage. Add me and follow me for more reviews.
