The hotel is beautiful, full of intricate architecture and unusual design details that made staying there memorable and fun. We held our reception dinner in a private banquet room, with Rose serving us. She was amazing, knew what she was doing, paid attention, and made sure everyone had what they needed. The rooms are fairly basic. Parking is valet only, and there’s no room service.

We switched hotels late at night after a really bad experience elsewhere, and Jeremiah at The Admiral’s front desk helped turn the evening around. He was kind, helpful, and fun, and worked with us to get a room. Ours was clean and nice, and they brought extra water. The valet service was great, and the cafe made a great latte. Highly recommend.

After a long day, Jeremiah’s smile and welcoming manner made a real difference. We’d asked for a room away from the elevator, and he found us one with an amazing view. He was very helpful and professional, and left us feeling we’d made the right choice for our stay.

I highly recommend asking for Ashuld if you’re arranging a group stay or need help with accommodations. She was professional, quick to respond, and knew her stuff. She took time to understand what we needed, answered all my questions, and handled every detail with care. At The Admiral in Mobile, AL, Ms.Ashuld went above and beyond to arrange a room block for my leadership team. The whole process was seamless and stress-free, and her service gave me confidence my team would be looked after. She’s a real asset to The Admiral.

I’d stay here over any other hotel chain, especially for the price. The room was really nice, the restaurant was awesome, and the decor is beautiful. The staff were fantastic and added personal touches like handwritten cards. It felt like a hotel costing three to five times as much. My only suggestion is to call ahead about parking.
