The front desk ladies were kind and let us check in early, and breakfast was good with different foods each day. Beyond that, we were disappointed. We were told cleaning would happen every other night and even asked the desk for it, but during our three-night stay nothing was cleaned. There were six of us, so the full trash and growing pile of towels were a real problem. The room was already quite dirty at check-in, with large curtain stains, dusty lamps and tables, a stained shower curtain, and nearly empty body wash. The PTAC was very noisy, and the hot tub and slide were closed.

The place felt comfortable, almost like home, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. We’d gladly come back and would recommend the hotel and its location. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality and service.

After my appointment at the eye clinic next door, Nikki at the front desk checked whether I was okay, needed anything, or wanted someone to help me get to my room. The staff had already let me check in early and set things up so the room would be ready afterward. They really went out of their way for me. The room was clean, and the amenities were all stocked.

It was just an okay stay, and we didn’t have a great experience. When breakfast got busy, they seemed unprepared: coffee, milk, and muffins kept running out, and we had to ask for refills repeatedly. Basic things shouldn’t be gone. The water slide area was crowded and often closed, too.
