The front desk ladies were kind and let us check in early, and breakfast was good with different foods each day. Beyond that, we were disappointed. We were told cleaning would happen every other night and even asked the desk for it, but during our three-night stay nothing was cleaned. There were six of us, so the full trash and growing pile of towels were a real problem. The room was already quite dirty at check-in, with large curtain stains, dusty lamps and tables, a stained shower curtain, and nearly empty body wash. The PTAC was very noisy, and the hot tub and slide were closed.
