Airbnb has ruined this place. The elevators are constantly broken, there are drunk frat parties and people loitering in the hallways, and the gym equipment is broken too. There was a major fire in an apartment on 8/5/18, in one of those illegal short-term rentals. No alarm went off, and the whole building slept through it without knowing until daytime. I was quoted $64, but after all the fees the charge came to $254. Total ripoff.

This high-rise looks like it’s on its last legs, and the structure seems to be sinking. It’s badly maintained, and management is awful. Anyone considering high-rise living should think seriously about a building under 50 years old.
