For one drink, it came to $30 before tip, and it barely tasted alcoholic. At that price I expected to be impressed, but I've had better drinks for less. I'd avoid it if you can.

I didn't pay in the end, so I can't say what it would've tasted like beyond the watered down juice and alcohol I saw. I went to the Fremont bar for a slushy, and the woman serving was already giving me attitude when I asked which one was popular. She said all of them, which wasn't much help. It was nearly $40, and when I said it seemed watered down, she got snobbier and offered to let me taste it. I said I could see it was watered down and didn't want a drink from there. She gave me more attitude, so I walked away. In my opinion, save your money on these slushies.

I paid $56 for a draft beer and a slushy. There are much better options everywhere else. Drink smarter. Fooled me once. 👎👎

I expected exceptional customer service from a world renowned place, but the assistant supervisor, taylor, wouldn't refund the drinks I ordered, which I considered dispecaable. He rudely blamed me for not ordering more alcohol, cut me off as I tried to explain, and got angry and agitated. I asked why he was being so mean and why he didn't want to be in good standing with customers and Google reviews. That didn't phase him. There wasn't even an apology or an offer to make it right next time. I felt like I was being told to kick rocks, though those weren't his exact words. I thanked taylor sarcastically and wondered how much kindness costs. I'd also watched the bartender, a bald White guy with blue eyes, serve customers who asked for one, two, or three shots. He'd turn his back while pouring, making it look like a proper pour, but each drink seemed to get about an ounce or less regardless of how many shots were requested. I felt he was ripping people off, and it's a shame. I told taylor that the bad reviews all say the same thing about the drinks. He could've tried to make things right more broadly, but he didn't. Someone might expect a reply like, “We're sorry you weren't satisfied. There may have been a misunderstanding about what the drinks contain, and we'd be honored to refund you this time and leave you with a better experience. Thanks for the feedback. We hope this turns you into a valued returning customer. Safe travels, The D.” That wasn't what I got.
