My car was licensed and registered, yet it was towed and cost me $374 to get it back, and I still have rent to pay. They said asphalt work was happening, and I followed the instructions on the first flyer. Today is oct 1st, and they towed my car under the second flyer, which I didn’t receive until today, after the tow. At the office I asked why I hadn’t been told in advance and explained about the first flyer. They claimed they never sent that one and that every notice had always shown October 1. Then how did I get two flyers? Why not send the second one a couple of days earlier, instead of giving it to me an hour after towing my car? There’s no point arguing when I need a roof over my head, but this feels like the shadiest thing I’ve ever seen, especially after the office flatly denied sending the first flyer. Pretty shady.

I stayed in building 12 from September 2022 through June 2025 and enjoyed it, with no major problems. Bugs only became an issue after a couple of years. Keep your unit clean and treated; the office sends an exterminator weekly, but you have to add yourself to the list. I had no trouble with management, and paid rent on time most months. Just keep in mind these are furnished apartments now, not a hotel. Hope this helps, enjoy your stay.

My wife and I were hoping to move here from Texas. It seemed like a nice place, but the move-in costs were more than we could manage. We found a similar place for quite a bit less.

After about two and a half years at Siena Suites, I can say it gave us a decent home while we got back on our feet after Covid wrecked my credit. I’m grateful for that. The staff maintained the property well, and the place itself wasn’t bad. Most residents were fine, though some were loud, messy, inconsiderate, and damaged the property. There are also homelessness and substance problems in the surrounding area, and the rent is expensive. There are some real positives: no credit check to rent, furnished units, friendly staff if you treat them respectfully and pay rent, utilities and Wi-Fi included, and decent amenities within walking distance. We had roaches once, but after one pest treatment they didn’t return. Keep the unit clean and you should be fine. You can ask to bring your own furniture 30 days after moving in, as shown in my pictures below.
