Alexandria Tower

The staff made our vacation more special. Everyone we interacted with was patient, cheerful, and engaging. We didn’t try room service except to ask for water bottles in the middle of the night, and they arrived in just five minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious, with interior design that felt both practical and artistic. A really good deal for the price.

The room was unlike the others I’ve stayed in around Vegas, with some pretty unusual design choices. I’m not complaining, since I don’t really care about that, but it was a lot to take in. For a newly branded hotel, it’s odd that there’s no online check-in and they don’t text when a room is ready. I had to go back three times to ask. At check-in, the woman tried to move us into a smaller room, offering to waive the resort fees and give us a $100 rebate from the total. We asked how much longer our actual room would take and were told 30 minutes, so we waited. She was definitely trying to convince us to switch. Odd.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms had beautiful decor. When we found a problem with our room, the staff accommodated us and switched us to another one without any trouble. Great location for a Las Vegas visit, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.

I was surprised by how much the hotel had been redone. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the bartender at 9:30 in the morning was very nice and knew a lot about the property.
