The bingo staff, on both day and night shifts, were excellent. Pizza Rock and PT's were very good too, and the staff there were friendly. The rooms are nice and noticeably better than the Boulder Highway location. Still, check-in soured the visit. I found a crack pipe and lighter under the desk in my room, then another pipe and lighter just outside my bedroom window on the casino roof. I took photos. It raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. The resort fee was $38 a day, which surprised me. I was told it covered two bottles of water, coffee, and internet, but the internet speed was about 3 Mbps. For that daily charge, it felt unreasonable. I'm disappointed and wouldn't return. If the room rate has to be higher, I'd rather see that cost upfront instead of a resort fee that offers little value.

The casino has gotten much smokier lately, and smoke gets into the pizza place too. I couldn't take it and got up and left. The Sourdough Cafe, a local favorite for decades, has recently closed. Is Dennys taking its place? The free lounge acts are still the best thing this casino has going for it, but now it's too smoky there as well.

The Klondike Tower deluxe room was just right, clean and spacious. River Rock was a hidden gem, and the service was excellent. Lynn was very kind, and Crystal at River Rock was great. Thanks, can't wait to come back 😊

I've been going to Arizona Charlie’s for about three years and I'm a legitimate Card member, the second highest tier. I recently won a pretty large amount on digital craps, though I'd lost much more than that since, all on my player's card. Tonight I used my card for a $1,000 cash balance. When I went to the cage, the woman disappeared for a good ten minutes, then returned with someone else to tell me I wasn't allowed to gamble there anymore. They gave no real reason. They also couldn't return the cash advance in cash. I was told I'd have to wait two to five business days for the money to go back to my account. The woman was rude again. I've never caused problems there, and I've spent a pretty large amount of money at this place. Being treated like that and told I can't gamble there anymore was very upsetting.
