Miguel and Shaq gave us good customer service and helped with everything we needed. When we had a room problem, they fixed it right away and gave us a complimentary drink. We had no other problems, and the service was awesome. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend this location to others. You’ll love it. There’s golf and all kinds of fun things on the property if you don’t want to go out.

Janay and Paul were a big part of what made this Vegas stay so good. They were around throughout my visit and did more than expected to keep things easy and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, had a welcoming feel, and the atmosphere was great. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

The location worked well, with Fremont Street close enough to walk to. During CES, a friend got a very good rate here. The room was small but surprisingly clean, the bar staff were friendly, and mini golf was fun. There was an early morning power outage and some trouble with the coffee, but for a quick business stop or short visit, it’s a real bargain.

The staff were what really set the Downtowner apart. Everyone was kind and professional, and Dee and Janay deserve a special thank you. My wife and I were in Vegas to see family and just needed a clean room, a good bed, and a shower. We got that, along with a groovy atmosphere and a place that’s easy to get around on foot.

Dee was so helpful when we came to Vegas for my daughter’s 21st birthday, and upgraded her to a larger room. The rooms were nice and well cared for. I also liked having a bar right in the lobby, plus mini golf. I’d recommend Downtowner Boutique Hotel and plan to come back soon. Thanks for everything 😃😃
