The hotel works well, and the rooms are great, which is why I gave it three stars. The breakfast, though, was shockingly bad all three mornings of our three-night stay. Coffee was missing on two days, all the fruit was gone, and there was hardly any hot food. On our last morning, I asked for plates and was told they'd have to wash them. They suggested I put my toast in a bowl! I added pictures but forgot to take one of the hot food, or the lack of it.

If you want to hear kids shrieking and running through the hallways, and treating the lobby like a playground at any hour, this might suit you. I prefer a quieter hotel, so I'd suggest staying somewhere else. Quite possibly the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in.

I usually stay with Marriott and have always had good experiences, so this place left me shocked and disappointed. It was advertised as “new,” but felt like something old with a coat of paint. On the first day I came back to find the safe I'd closed standing open. My laptop was still there, thankfully, but it was unsettling. I asked for housekeeping three times during our four-night stay and they never showed up. I asked each day, but the room was never cleaned.

My room at Element Las Vegas Summerlin was clean, had all the amenities I'd asked for, and was better than I expected. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Las Vegas. See you soon!

I was here for business and had a beautiful view. There's continental breakfast, laundry onsite, and free parking. The park and other amenities are within walking distance.
