The staff are professional and accommodating, and you can get nice views from the upper floors. We come here when visiting family nearby. Breakfast works well for us, with plenty of choices for different dietary needs. The pool is a good place to exercise at certain times of year. It's a very urban spot, with gas stations and freeways right nearby, so there isn't much garden or nature around. Still, the place is maintained well and has no trash or graffiti, and it doesn't feel "ghetto."

We hadn't planned to stop in Vegas, but ended up needing a room that day. This Fairfield gave us the best value for my Bonvoy points, and the stay turned out great. Tiara, if I have her name right, was kind and helpful at check-in and got us a room. The kids loved breakfast the next morning and all the choices. At checkout, Sonara, if I've got her name right, was extremely kind and made sure the kids were happy with their stay.

The beds and pillows were comfy, the AC was quiet, the showers were hot, and everything was really clean. The best part was the staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and funny, from the front desk right through to the kitchen.

Customer service here is top notch, and the rooms are clean and quiet. It's a small three-star place in Northwest Las Vegas, with a free continental breakfast. The freeway is extremely close, and the parking lot is shared with a local lounge.

We booked at the last minute after our home AC broke in the middle of a Vegas summer. I was 33 weeks pregnant, with a toddler and a dog, so it was a relief that pets were welcome and the whole family could stay comfortably. The room was cool, clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for the night. At arrival, the desk employee gave us the government rate for active duty even though we'd first booked online at the standard rate, and gave us waters too. Breakfast was free the next day, tasty, and had lots of variety. We'd recommend the hotel to friends or family who need somewhere to stay.
