Otonomus Hotel - Las Vegas

We spent six nights in a spacious, spotless, modern one-bedroom suite, and it was very convenient. The pool looked a little small, but it was better than having none. Check-in took a while because only one person was at the desk, and we needed help with the hotel app. There's a touchscreen in the room for ordering services, which is great if you're comfortable with tech, though it may take a bit to figure out otherwise.

The app-based setup takes some getting used to. There are no physical key cards, so you need the Kee app and your phone to scan the door codes. If your phone dies or you don't have it with you, getting into the room could be a hassle. Requests for extra towels or trash pickup also go through the app, though it was useful that everyone on the reservation could make them. Wi-Fi came and went, the walls were thin enough that we heard people talking and stomping outside, and finding your way around felt like a maze. The hotel is split across two sides, and sometimes you have to go through the lobby to reach the other one. I wish there had been more coffee pods: just four for eight people, two of them decaf. There were no blackout curtains, so morning light woke me up, and I wished I'd brought an eye mask. On the plus side, our group found a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a living area, dining table, kitchen, coffee maker, and dinnerware. Each bedroom had two queen beds. There's also a fitness center with free weights, a pool, and Tesla chargers in the parking lot. If those drawbacks don't put you off, the hotel is otherwise great.

Millie made us feel especially welcome. She was kind, upbeat, professional, and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Otto the robot was another memorable part of the stay: he chatted sweetly with my youngest daughter and wished her luck at her cheer competitions at JAMZ. That little exchange made her feel special and excited. The Otonomus Hotel itself was beautiful, clean, modern, and relaxing, with spacious rooms that felt like home. Our arrival and stay felt comfortable and luxurious from the start. We had an amazing experience and will come back and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Traveling as six, we had plenty of room to relax in the hotel's spacious, modern, well-kept rooms. The location was close to the action, but still felt like a comfortable place to retreat to. The AI butler was intuitive and handled requests quickly, even seeming to anticipate what we needed. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, which balanced out the high-tech feel with real hospitality. The whole stay felt innovative and comfortable. We'd stay again and recommend it, especially to groups looking for something different in Vegas.
