Kathy and Jennie made the rental process easy and pleasant. They're kind, professional, and welcoming, and they've been flexible about weekly rental space and working with schedules. Their communication is clear and steady, and they seem to care about giving people a good experience. It's nice to deal with people who are organized and reliable as well as friendly. I'd recommend them for a smooth rental experience.

Stay away from these people. I moved out on June 3 after always paying rent on time, both with this company and the previous management, yet today they filed an eviction notice against me for June 15 through June 29, dates when I wasn't even there. They don't seem concerned about residents' well-being. Other tenants raised concerns about residents dying in their units and management not checking on them. Drug activity is allowed to continue, and security is told to take a hands-off approach even when they see known traffic. When my partner reported squatters in apartments, management's response was, “oh well, nothing we can do, it's a weekly.” The rates aren't worth it when most units lack a full kitchen and tenants have to live on microwave meals. Don't rent here.
