Thomas is the reason I’d check whether the hotel still has him before booking again. He’s the coolest night staff member, always smiling, and gives 10/10 service. Give this man a massive raise. The hotel itself is clean and nice, close to the Strip if you want to be nearby without staying on it. I’d recommend it.

We were there from December 26 through 29, 2025, and I was happy with everything. The room was comfortable, the place was very clean, and it was convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really nice. Thanks to Winnie for taking care of things. Fantastic hotel, and I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was good, and the fridge was especially well stocked, though I would have liked more fruit. The rooms are spacious enough and the hotel is nicely kept. Our bathroom was missing some shampoo. I also wasn't keen on the sliding bathroom door: it doesn't lock and there's a small gap at the side.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shuttle for my work trip was convenient and on time. The staff were exceptional and so helpful. Breakfast, though, was the worst I've had and needs a major improvement.

The gym and pool area were great, and breakfast had a good range of choices. The rooms and suites were wonderful, and everyone on staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way. It's a good option if you want to stay off the Strip near the Outlets. The Strip is still only about 10 minutes away. From arrival to checkout, we had an absolutely amazing experience. This will be our go-to when we're in the area.
