This isn’t my original review. Siegel Suites keeps replying with retaliatory comments that share my personal health information. The front desk tried to burst into my room without warning or knocking. Luckily, I had the security latch on. I screamed because I was frightened, and they laughed. Management later said they were “trying to show my room.” I’d checked in the day before and had the option to renew. Wouldn’t the computer system show that the room was rented? In my opinion, staying here can erode your self-respect, sense of safety, and finances in a life-altering way. There are roaches, too. I perceive management as acting in a harassing manner, though I can’t really understand why. It seems typical of the Siegel Suites chain. Congress investigated Siegel Suites’ pattern of harassment in 2022. From what I’ve read in reviews going back to 2017, management seems to target women and guests who appear to have money or valuables. There appears to be a pattern of entering rooms without warning, double-charging payment methods, and making vexatious accusations to law enforcement. There’s no excuse for this. It’s not my fault, and if it happens to you, it’s not your fault either.

The staff are the reason I plan to stay here for quite some time. Everyone is super cool and professional, and my room was very large and clean when I checked in. Security is always walking around and making its presence known. Chelsea, the manager, goes above and beyond for residents, and that really shows. I’ve met lots of long-term residents who’ve said the same about Chelsea and her staff. Looking forward to being here long term. Thanks for all you do.

Siegel is a good way to keep more of your Vegas budget. It’s only a block behind the Strip, which made things quieter and cheaper. We could walk around the center of the Strip instead of spending much on Ubers. There was a $100 deposit, like at many Vegas places, refunded after 2-3 business days. Even with that, it cost a lot less than Caesars or Bellagio.

The roaches alone make me say don’t rent here. The outside doors are awful, so I kept needing replacement keys. When we moved in, the faucet was overflowing and the toilet needed to be taken out. They didn’t provide pillows or sheets. Chelsea is the worst manager and should be replaced with someone more professional.

I’ve really liked staying here. Chelsea and the team are caring, compassionate, and welcoming. Since it’s an extended-stay place, you start to feel like family if you’re here for more than a couple of months.
