A lovely little place, and a great find under the Marriott banner. The rooms were spacious, clean, new, and well furnished, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was nice, too. In December the pool and jacuzzi were open, so it was great to soak at the end of the day. Out front, there are cozy spots with patio furniture and a gas fireplace. You can reach food, coffee, and conveniences in five minutes on foot or less. It's nice to be away from the Strip's bustle but still only a 10-minute drive away. Highly recommend.

The whole team made us feel welcome and attentive from start to finish, and Casey and Stacy went out of their way to make my sister's birthday special. Their thoughtfulness meant a lot to us and made the stay memorable. The property was spotless, in a great location, and had a wonderful range of breakfast choices each morning. I'd highly recommend it.

What stayed with me most was how the staff turned my daughter Sarah's 30th birthday into a memory our family will always carry. Our small family group stayed at the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Airport on January 15th and 19th, 2026, for a celebration of life and her birthday. Sarah, her sister from Florida, her sister from Vernon, BC Canada, her God mother from Kelowna, BC Canada, and I were there. Turning 30 is a huge milestone for many people, but for Sarah it is a miracle. She's been a heart warrior all her life, living with congenital heart disease, specifically Hypo-plastic Left Heart Syndrome, Double Inlet/Outlet and Transposition of the Great Arteries. At birth, we were told she probably wouldn't reach her first birthday. Recently, we learned that her heart is losing its ability to sustain her, even with a pacemaker. Other issues mean she's not a candidate for transplant, and there are very few options left, none likely to extend her life far into the future. With this prognosis, we were encouraged to help her do and see as many of the things she's wished for as possible, and make memories together. General Manager Casey and Assistant General Manager Stacey planned a surprise party. They decorated a conference room with gifts, balloons, a tier of cupcakes, and other Stitch-themed items, since Stitch is Sarah's favorite character. Sharinah from the Front Desk made her a personalized card. Casey, Stacey, and the rest of the Springhill Suites team gathered to sing happy birthday just minutes after we arrived. They also arranged adjoining rooms and decorated them with birthday banners, more balloons, a stitch cake, more gifts, and a star light for the ceiling because Sarah loves looking at stars. She was overjoyed and felt so special. It was one of the most touching moments of my life. These people had been strangers to us, yet they gave our family an extraordinary memory of Sarah's 30th birthday that we won't forget. When we returned a few days later for our final night before heading home, the staff still made a point of greeting Sarah with smiles and a few hugs. We appreciated the genuine love and sincerity from everyone at the SpringHill Suites, especially Casey and Stacey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The hotel itself deserves praise as well. It's beautiful, clean, and well organized. Beside the lobby there's a gathering space with tables and chairs where complimentary breakfast is served, and TVs make it a nice place to meet and socialize in the evenings. Outside is another sitting area with a fire pit. It was too cool for me to use the pool, but I did enjoy the hot tub. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a comfortable sitting area for a glass of wine or a snack. The bathrooms were roomy and the beds extremely comfortable. From arrival to departure, every staff member was courteous, attentive, and wonderful.

The breakfast space could get crowded in the mornings, but otherwise we had a great stay and I'd happily return. The SpringHill Suites seemed fairly new and well kept, and our room was spacious, modern, and clean, just right for a short visit. Staff were very welcoming and made both check-in and breakfast pleasant.

We were in Las Vegas for something other than casino- or Strip-related fun, and wanted a place away from the usual tourist path. Springhill Suites turned out to be a quiet, clean, newer gem, in a well-acquainted area outside The Strip's bustle. It still took only about 15 minutes in local traffic to get to The Strip one night, and we were glad to return to a peaceful part of town afterward. There are fast food places and strip mall conveniences within walking distance, handy for a quick bite or drink. The staff were very kind, and Barbara at the front desk went the extra mile. The hotel has a well-stocked breakfast bar, good treadmills and fitness room, a pool and jacuzzi, and lobby sundries for anything you need to pick up. We slept really well in the cozy beds. As of 2025 it still felt quite new. I'd highly recommend it if you want to visit Vegas without staying on The Strip.
