We come back every year and love how tropical the place feels, as well as the location. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and there’s plenty of parking, a deep pool, an arcade, restaurants, morning crafts, and other scheduled activities. The kids and I have a great time here. I’ve never tried the spa because I’m a single mom without childcare. The lazy river is always cold. In our room, the washer and dryer were really dirty and needed maintenance, and the dishwasher was clogged. Aside from those issues, we had an amazing stay. We ate dinner on the back balcony and liked being able to cook in the room and fill it with groceries. We tried a few restaurants, just not three meals a day, which meant we could spend more money on activities. That kind of trip may matter even more as the kids get older. The staff have always been kind, though they could be more helpful. I truly appreciate them.

With kids along, we liked the family-friendly feel and the lack of the casino atmosphere you find at many Vegas properties. The complimentary shuttle also made trips to the Strip easy. The airport is close, and the Strip is only a short drive away. Our suite worked for the family: the kids had a pull-out sofa, and there was a separate adjoining room with a comfortable king bed. It was functional and met our needs, but felt dated. The bathroom could use an update, counter space was limited, and there was a faint musty smell. We liked having the pool, though it was crowded and not as clean as we’d hoped. For the price, we were satisfied. It wasn’t quite our style, but it was comfortable enough for a family visit. If you want something more updated, spend more on another hotel. For a simple one-night stay near the airport, like ours, this place is fine.

We had such a good time here that my family and I will definitely come back. The pool, hot tubs, food, location, cleanliness, and service were all great. If we needed something, we could call and have it brought right to the room. We’ve stayed at lots of places on vacation, and this is our family’s favorite by far. I especially recommend it if you have children or babies. Special thanks to William for the great hospitality!

The room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was kept up, though I wasn’t a fan of the sand. We enjoyed the lazy river. There’s a free shuttle to the Excalibur and back, which makes it easy to walk around the Strip or gamble if you want. My only reason for four stars is that housekeeping doesn’t come daily. On vacation, I don’t want to have to keep up the room myself. Other than that, it was a great experience.

My kids loved the stay, and they slept in the king bed while I took the comfy sofa bed in the living room. The Junior Suite was amazing, clean, and smelled good. I wiped it down myself to disinfect, and my wipe came away clean. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I’d stay here again. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, plates, utensils, and microwave. We were doing a staycation to get the kids away from all the drilling and banging while our home is under construction. I was uneasy when the front desk clerk said my room number aloud while handing me the keys, with a man standing right next to me. I was alone with my kids, and I consider it a safety risk for someone to know where we’re staying. My only other small complaint is that locals still pay the resort fee. For a one-night stay, I felt it should have been waived.
