The LINQ - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We haven't stayed here, but we love coming to play. The roulette machines have treated us well, and we always get a back rub. Chung came by and gave us a great massage. On our Valentine's visit, we had the chocolate raspberry torte at Nook express, which was delicious. Drinks come quickly, and the service is friendly and attentive. We really enjoy playing here.

There are charges for nearly everything that other hotels include: $50 a day for the resort fee, $20 a day for parking, and $8.66 for a cappuccino. It felt like nickel-and-diming while offering the bare minimum. I'd rate this around three stars at best, not four, and left with a bad feeling. Service was sparse from arrival, with no greeting or bell staff to help with bags. The room smelled musty and the A/C was noisy. A fire alarm went off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, which didn't help when we were trying to rest. The gym is below a typical apartment gym standard, with dumbbells but creaky machines that need an update. The garage was tight, and our room key didn't open the entry or exit gate, so we had to call for assistance.

The location around the hotel is nice, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. I stayed three days and had no interaction with staff, no chance to speak to someone at check-in, afterward, or at checkout. It felt like they cut staff where it matters. The rideshare pickup is in a garbage loading zone behind the hotel, a shameful entrance and exit for a place costing this much. The room was dirty and run-down, like a Best Western level room, and the TV was broken. It would sometimes connect to the remote and play basic cable, but there was no streaming sign-in option. The casino floor felt lame too. This was my first stay at the Linq, though I come here around this time every year, and I don't think I'll stay again. Very disappointing.

The room layout was great, and the room itself was really comfortable and nice. I was here for work and the big boss covered the bill. The location is great too, and I'd stay again if I return with family or friends. I thought we'd get fresh towels after using ours, but room service didn't seem to come until checkout, I assume. I understand it's a big hotel and wasn't expecting the bed made or a deep clean. It would've been nice just to have the used towels picked up and fresh ones left.
