Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

The free breakfast was a joke, and the water was only warm with weak pressure. I was told at check-in that my room was in a separate building where the "renovated" rooms are. It was cold because the wall heater hadn't been turned on, and the long hallway to the rooms had no heat either. The bed squeaked because the mattress was on a metal frame. Spend your money somewhere else.

Dash was really helpful with our reservation and what we needed. We chose a pet-friendly room with our dog, and it was clean and very nice, with no sign that pets had stayed there before. The bathroom was roomy and spotless, and the breakfast was just right. Great service, and we'll stay again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and well-stocked bathrooms. It was quiet and well lit, and everything smelled and looked clean, from the lobby and halls to the room. For the price, I thought it was excellent. The breakfast was a little skimpy and the Wi-Fi a bit weak, but I can't ask for much more.

There were roaches in the room, and I took a video of them. The toilet kept running, and the place smelled old. When I asked the front desk for extra cups, the agent treated me like I'd just come off the streets. For context, I'd driven up in a new Mercedes Benz. I don't usually write reviews, but this place was horrible.
