Chancery Square

Ailyn Martinez made my move-in at Chancery Square much easier. She went above and beyond to get everything in order and keep it stress-free, with clear communication and careful attention throughout. The whole Chancery Square team was professional and welcoming, and I appreciate the support. Moving in has been a smooth, positive experience, and it feels like home.

The building is always clean and well cared for, especially the gym and its equipment. Even the trash disposal area is never messy, which is a big change from where I used to live. Ailyn, the leasing agent, was clear and great to talk with before move-in, and the maintenance team was just as helpful. When my closet door had a small problem, Hewilton, I believe that was his name, came within an hour of my request, fixed it in about three minutes, and kindly reassured me it was taken care of. Wonderful people and atmosphere here. I couldn't have picked a better community.

I've been here for over 8 years and have watched the property improve, especially lately. The outdoor area has been upgraded, the club room has been updated, and more improvements are underway. We recently had a couple of requests for our apartment, which has had little maintenance or upgrading in all that time, and the new leasing manager Ailyn was proactive and helpful with follow-up. Hewilton from maintenance also went the extra mile. Great property, location, and staff.

After a few months here, so far so good. The lobby and shared areas are clean, and the office staff are responsive and helpful. Leasing was straightforward, transparent, and painless, thanks to Ailyn, who made the process easy and kept in touch. Move-in went smoothly too. She arranged for the elevators to be reserved and made sure the apartment was ready when the movers arrived. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place in Morristown.
