The rooms are comfortable and the beach and restaurants aren't too far away. My main complaints were the rock-hard bed and terrible water pressure. They provide toiletries for a night or two, then you have to pay for things like toilet paper.

The room looked just like the photos and was spotless and well cared for. We stayed with friends, and the location made the trip easy, with the beach only steps away. Our host welcomed us and made sure we had what we needed. Everything was taken care of, and we had a perfect stay at 4145 by the Sea Inn & Suites. We'd love to return.

Marjorie helped with a special request before I arrived, and I really appreciated how accommodating she was. Staying at 4145 By the Sea was a great experience, especially with the beach just steps away. I'd happily come back and recommend it to friends looking for a place in the area.

We picked this affordable place because it was near the water and outside Miami, and it turned out to be very nice. Check-in was simple, and our clean room was just the right size. We stayed for a couple of days before a cruise, and I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

The older AC units were our one concern. One stopped working on our last night, and the living room got pretty hot. After a day at the beach, we like the AC really cold, especially for sleeping. The unit still worked and kept the place cool, though. We loved the penthouse suite and its private patio view. Marjorie clearly puts a lot of effort into keeping the place clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It's quiet and close to the beach and many restaurants. Marjorie was also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. We had a great vacation and would love to return.
