The woman who checked me in was pleasant enough, but I waited over an hour in line after arriving at 10 p.m. and didn’t really get an apology for it. The room was pretty gross. The shower floor was dirty, the carpet needed cleaning and vacuuming, and dust was caked along the walls. I paid $68 a night, which wasn’t cheap, and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend the place. I’m not sure how it has so many good reviews. Next time I’ll find somewhere cleaner.

My first hotel stay, and it was super worth it! The room was old and the TV didn’t have many channels, but I slept great. The AC was already on and made the room really cold. The smoothies by the pool were super good too. Great hotel! If you’re heading to the river, find a good spot since it gets crowded. I wouldn’t go in the morning because it’s really windy and the sand blows in your face. Still had a great time at Colorado Belle! :D

The room was clean and the bathroom was great, and it was very quiet. The beds were okay, though they should be replaced, and the furniture was shot. Some lamps didn’t work, and the room definitely needs updating. The front desk was accommodating and knew their jobs. The bell hops who handled my luggage were very nice. The hotel could use more kinds of places to eat. I suppose I’d stay again.

The staff were friendly and courteous, which is the only reason I’m giving one star. Our room wasn’t clean at all. There were hair ties and other things on the floor, so it clearly hadn’t even been vacuumed. The carpet felt matted and sticky, and I had to keep my shoes on. The rooms need major updating, and the whole hotel needs renovating.

My husband and I really liked the interior, and the staff felt like they were there just for us, and for you too. The place is clean and wheelchair accessible, with all the parking you could need. The rooms are very nice and clean, and can be cleaned whenever you want. Refrigerators are available on request.
