The place was clean, with separate spaces for smokers and nonsmokers, and the security felt solid. Staff were skilled and varied, and the service was top-notch. There’s a wide selection of excellent machines, too, and the location is convenient. They really do a lot to make the visit pleasant for customers.

The staff were cool and I had a nice time, but ehhh, there were communication problems. Also, they don’t use a fitted sheet, which is weird. I woke up lying on the mattress cover, and that felt freaking nasty. Just my opinion.

We had kids with us, and the hot water barely worked for showers and baths. My mom had booked two connecting rooms, but when she arrived they weren’t connected, so the hotel moved her. The rooms were dirty too. At the pool, there were no posted rules against jumping, only rules about running and diving, but two security guards came out anyway. Then a female security guard told my mother to leash her service dog, even though the dog can’t be leashed for some of her services. Staff, especially security, should know what they can and can’t say about service animals. This town and its casinos suck. We’ll stay in Needles or Kingman next time. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The bartenders were good, and cocktail service on the casino floor was good too. The restaurant was just okay. The room looked passable at first glance, but it needed a deep clean, and I wouldn’t sit in any of the chairs. Every drain was clogged. There was no safe, mini fridge, laundry bag, or luggage rack. The restaurant and front desk staff also need hospitality training and could learn to smile. If they worked for me, they wouldn’t have a job.
