The room smelled awful as soon as I walked in. I then found bed bugs, bugs all over the shower, and poop on the toilet seat. The cashier had picked his nose in front of me and wiped it on the key, which should have been my first warning. Just horrible. I would not recommend it.

We came for a day trip to visit frontier city, and this place did what we needed. The pool was clean and deep, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the A/C kept the room cold even with temperatures over 100 outside. It was pretty quiet for a spot right off the freeway. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't awful. We expected a 2 star hotel and got that.

We were meant to stay 11 nights, but they turned us away after learning my esa cat was coming and were extremely rude about it. Their website and other listings say they're pet friendly, and I couldn't find any dogs-only rule. The listed limits were under 50 lbs and no more than 2 pets. Half the hotel also had no power while we were there, and the place looked dirty. Other places on the same road are cleaner, have much better service, and actually accept pets. Do not stay here.

They shut off the water without warning, and I woke up to staff pounding on my door. They yelled at me for not answering the phone. I had to leave before my multiple-night booking was over. The rooms were disgusting, with small german roaches, and I was told I couldn't leave the property without my pets. Terrible service.
