Coryn at the night desk is the main reason I'm giving this hotel five stars. She's one of the kindest people I've met, welcoming and professional, and just a wonderful person. You can tell she enjoys the job and meeting everyone who comes through. Customer service like hers is hard to find, so keep up the great work, Coryn, you're killing it. The rooms are clean, the cable is good, the hot tub is nice, and breakfast is always good. I've never had a bad experience here, and they check all the boxes for what I expect from a hotel. My only small gripe is the WiFi: sometimes it's hard to connect, and even after connecting it doesn't always work. Otherwise, I highly recommend the place.

The rooms were clean and nice, breakfast was good, and the customer service was great. Coryn, I think that's her name, sorry if I butchered it, was the sweetest, kindest person. She went above and beyond and really made our stay. I can't praise her enough. The day staff were kind too, but she especially stood out.

On our cross-country trip, this was our third night and the best hotel we'd stayed at so far. Demont was sociable and funny, and they had cookies at reception. The whole facility impressed us. I'd highly recommend it.

My original reservation got cancelled, but Demont helped find us a room. He was friendly and attentive throughout the stay, and I really appreciated it. The staff, including Bailey, provided everything we needed. My family really enjoyed the amenities and clean rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the stay was good apart from a few issues. I had a fourth-floor room while the elevator was broken, and although lower-floor rooms were available, nobody offered to move me or compensate me. The bathroom mirror light didn't work, and there was visible patchwork on the ceiling. The hot tub jets bubbled so hard that turning them on flooded the floor.
