We decided midway through our trip to add another night, and the team made it easy. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to a suite, which made us feel especially valued. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the complimentary coffee they recently added was a lovely touch in the morning. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and attentive. We also had great service at Triple Creek Kitchen, where the salmon was delicious and perfectly cooked. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown. It was a five-star experience, and we’ll be back when we visit downtown Prescott again.

The restaurant was a highlight, with amazing food and even better service. Our room was beautiful and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice view. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the lounge and bar were comfortable too. We love this hotel!

The heated pool and relaxing hot tub were a great way to wind down after exploring Prescott. Our corner room had plenty of space and was comfortable, so the room and amenities made this a solid place to stay. Check-in and checkout were frustrating, though, and I had questions during the stay that the front desk staff seemed unsure how to handle. More training or experienced desk staff would improve the guest experience. I had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, with the caveat that front desk service may be inconsistent.

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise for a hotel dining room. The food was well prepared, the staff were pleasant, and the value was terrific. My room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.

The old train station history is interesting, and the balcony has a beautiful view. I’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were wonderful. The place was clean, everyone was polite, and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. The beds were comfy with soft pillows, and I liked having the extra blanket even though I didn’t use it. The Zero shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice too. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it smelled amazing. A must if you’re in Prescott AZ! Hope you enjoy your stay.
