2/10
The noise made it hard to rest, with the entrance door constantly opening and closing and music coming from the lobby. The room also seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived: there were hairs in the bathtub and across the bed linens, plus a noticeable white stain on the couch. We left very disappointed. The cleanliness and comfort were well below what we expected.

The room itself was clean, though there was no room service during my two-night stay. I also found a few ladybugs and a stink bug inside. It is that time of year, I guess, but I don't know how they got in unless someone left a window open. Free Wi-Fi seems to require joining the rewards club, which is annoying. Breakfast was complimentary, but it took 10-15 minutes to get food and coffee, so they could use another person at the breakfast bar in the morning. The stay was fine otherwise.

The bistro food was excellent, and the service was great. The rooms were clean too, though the thin walls meant it wasn't as quiet as I'd have liked. I'd recommend it to a friend or family member.

The room had plenty of space, but the TV didn't work and the water pressure was low. Service has also been lackluster. I usually choose Marriotts or Hilton for their consistent quality, and this location felt subpar by comparison.

The people here were so nice, and I felt really comfortable during my stay. My room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable too 🥰
