Home2 Suites by Hilton Wilkes-Barre

The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, and it felt more secluded than the other hotels. We planned on staying two nights but added a third because we liked it so much. Extending was easy, and they kept the same rate. The rooms were very clean, which I always notice because I've worked in housekeeping. Breakfast was outstanding, and the women serving were great about keeping coffee and Swiss miss stocked. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very friendly too. A very nice hotel for the price.

I've been staying here for two weeks, and Bakshi went way above and beyond when a package of mine was delivered to the wrong place. I'm not familiar with the businesses nearby, since I don't live around here, but she called the place, confirmed they had it, then went out in below-freezing weather to pick it up and bring it to my room. Another person at the front desk had told me to call the business myself. Bakshi called me to say she'd check, then followed up to let me know she was retrieving it. She's a real asset to the hotel. I'm a Diamond Member and haven't seen service this exceptional at other hotels. Thank you, Bakshi, you're the best. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The parking lot entrance was a little tricky to spot at night, but the stay still gave me a great night's rest. The room was clean and organized, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A very nice hotel.

I had no complaints about my stay. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast was good and enough for me. The gym is small and basic, but you can still get a sweat on. I didn't use the pool. Laundry service is available too. I'd recommend this hotel.
