Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando At SeaWorld

We stayed six nights, and housekeeping came every other day. The air conditioning and heating were quieter than the wall units I've had elsewhere. Still, the shampoo never got refilled during our stay, though I had my own and used that. A lot of the furniture, the elevator, and other things inside feel outdated.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and even though I normally fall asleep easily, I struggled to sleep here. They may be due for an update. We had a leak in our first room, but the front desk employee was super kind and upgraded us to a better room. Aside from the bed, this was a great hotel for a quick visit to Discovery cove, aquatica, and seaworld!

The price was just right, and the free breakfast worked for us. Laundry was super affordable, and I had a good time swimming, even though the pool was a bit chilly. The front desk staff were really helpful. A couple of things could use updating: the gym was missing the second handle for the total gym, and the TV backlights in our room were going, so we could see the lights while watching. Neither bothered us much. This was my very first hotel stay in Orlando, and everything else was great!

We had a really nice, spacious room, and the hotel was clean. There was a great breakfast spread in the morning, and I'd definitely stay here again. Just avoid a room by the elevators if noise bothers you. Our toilet also made a very loud sound while the tank refilled after flushing, so we stopped flushing overnight. We never brought it up with the front desk, though I'm sure they would've moved us.
