The managers gave me great customer service, followed up with a call, and apologized. They listened and showed they cared, so I think this place is worth trying. It's in a great location, and breakfast, the workout rooms, and indoor pool all looked good. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, though my phone was acting up. The problem was housekeeping. I've been a manager, business owner, and housekeeper, and I take pride in my work. These housekeepers seemed to take shortcuts, and I noticed. I was given three different rooms, each with something I wasn't comfortable with. We arrived late and tired. I was told a manager would be in Monday, but after I asked more questions, I learned the weekend manager would be there in the morning. The staff didn't communicate or handle things as well as they should have when not directly supervised. I don't blame the people in charge for trusting their employees to do their jobs. I believe in second chances when a problem is addressed and followed up on, and the managers acted quickly. I'll give the hotel another chance.

We stayed three nights. The breakfast was good and changed each day, and both the hotel and our room were clean. The staff were gracious and friendly. The room's AC wasn't working quite right, but it was still tolerable.

Chelsea was the best, and the location was convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The water pressure was too low, and they came into my room even though I had put up the do not enter sign. I didn't like that at all. Aside from those issues, everything was great. With better respect for the sign, this would've been five stars.

This was my second stay, and there won't be a third. I was there on 2-3-26 and paid close to $200 for a room that was full of hair and only half clean. I used a whole box of tissues cleaning hair off the beds and out of the tub. The towels had hair on them, the bed wasn't fully made, there was trash on the floor, and there was nasty tissue by the ice can. After driving from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., my mom and I told the third shift girl about it. She only offered to move us to another room, which we declined. The service was mediocre and the rooms are absolutely disgusting. There are better hotels around this small town, and I'll choose one of them if I'm back.
