Quality Inn

The rooms were okay, but breakfast and service need work. We were promised a hot breakfast, yet what was offered was cold leftover oatmeal from the day before, a waffle, and packaged snacks. When I asked, the concierge, who looked like they were wearing pajamas, told me hot breakfast wasn't available. Since it was included in what I paid, that felt misleading and sadly unprofessional. I'd rather pay a bit more somewhere else.

The breakfast setup wasn't good. The nook had only four tables, so we went to a restaurant instead. Today there was nobody in the breakfast area or at the desk for checkout. The eggs looked horrible, and the biscuits were hard and dry. I did have a waffle. They had shampoo, but no conditioner. Without conditioner I can't get a brush through my hair.

I came from Florence Alabama for my wedding, but they said I lived too far away to rent me a room. It had already been paid for, which made this really disappointing. I chose another hotel.

It was a good, clean place, and I was happy with the room for a less expensive stay. I just wish the sink were in the bathroom.
