Country Inn & Suites Lawrenceville

This place was filthy, and I can’t believe they rent out a room with mold. There was mold near the AC unit, baby roaches in the room, hair all through the bed cracks, and ripped carpet you could easily trip on. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain either. The hair made it seem like the bed hadn’t been cleaned properly, and baby roaches suggest a larger one was somewhere. Next time I’ll sleep in my car.

Thanks for a wonderful stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Front desk BP, people are what make hospitality special, and you have a remarkable team. Please share these compliments with the people mentioned and put them in their personnel files. Service this dedicated deserves to be celebrated.

Bhumi Patel made our stay special with her kind, friendly, truly professional hospitality. The location in Atlanta was super convenient, our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was the most comfortable ever. 5/5 stars, perfect stay! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hallways were stained and noticeably unclean, adding to the sense that the property was neglected. Inside the room, the walls were dated, cracked and dirty, and still had strands of hair from previous guests. Furniture had multiple stains, and it seemed as if only the sheets had been changed rather than the room properly cleaned. The bathroom was troubling too. The sink stopper was broken, so the sink backed up unless set at a particular angle. The toilet seat had stains in a corner that looked like they were from earlier guests, and the bathroom didn’t seem to have been wiped down before I arrived. The shower curtain was torn, and there was no soap by the sink, a basic amenity I expected. The door lock was not secure, as shown in the picture, which made me concerned about safety. I expected a clean, secure, well maintained stay from a hotel under the Radisson name, but the condition of the room and common areas fell far short of what I expect from the brand. I’m formally disappointed with my stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lawrenceville. Please review and address this promptly, and respond with how you’ll resolve these issues and improve the property.
