There wasn’t a working ice machine anywhere in the entire facility. The manager at the Quick trip next door sold me a bag of ice and said the hotel machine is out all the time. He felt sorry for me, but liked getting the business. I’m also very suspicious about the breakfast food safety, and hope the health department knows about it.

I found the room overpriced for its quality, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Worse, the front desk employee “Patel” kept contacting me through the night about an authorization form I’d already provided, including a call to my room at 1 a.m. The interruptions were disruptive and completely unacceptable.

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel. My first room had a door that wouldn’t shut or lock. The AC/heater didn’t work in the second room. When I asked for my money back, the guy said they don’t do refunds. I asked where the sign was, and he pulled it from under his desk and put it on the counter. I asked why it wasn’t there when I paid. With no refund, I had no choice but to try a third room.

We arrived late on the first night of our two-night reservation and found the room disgusting, with bed bugs and mold. The hotel looked ghetto. We checked out immediately. I’ve been calling to get a refund for the second night, but nobody has returned my call. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very basic place, about $90 a night. I’m mainly here for the location. The room was quiet last night, and all the rooms are on the ground level.
