We came to see our son at Ft Sill after a 17-hour drive, and the alarms went off about 15 minutes after we checked in on March 8, 2026. They stopped after around 15 minutes. The next night, March 9, we tried to shower at 8:45 pm and there was no hot water at all. The desk said no maintenance worker was available, though she’d tell the Manager. After 30-40 minutes and cold showers, the fire alarms started again, repeatedly going off and stopping. The desk said there was no fire. We planned to leave at 4am for the drive home, and this was miserable. Two nights of alarms and no hot water on the second night are enough for us. We’ll never stay here again.

It seemed fine at first, but the room only had two tissues and no refill. None of the fitness center machines would start. Breakfast was already 20 minutes late, and some travelers were leaving instead of waiting.

The room was filthy, with roaches and mouse droppings. I left because of the rodent problem, but the manager wouldn’t refund me, so I lost $130. Don’t book here. “My Suites” next door was much cleaner and better for only $10 more.

After a fun time at the pool, my family and I saw a mouse running by the elevator in the lobby. The next morning, my kids and I had bug bites. We’d stayed just one night a couple of days ago, and I won’t be back.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and there was plenty of space. I was looking for an affordable place near Ft Sill with a pool and free breakfast. The price was decent and the base was eight minutes away. The pool was a letdown: tiny, only three feet deep, unheated, and really cold. Breakfast was disappointing all four days. The drink machine was broken, there was no milk for cereal, the waffle maker worked only one day, and the coffee was cold and ran out fast. They should fix the elevator too. It made scary cracking noises going between the second and third floors.
