We cooked in the kitchen to keep our dining costs down, and the corner suite layout was one of my favorites: two queen bedrooms plus a pullout sofa. There’s room for a lot of ski bums or service members, especially with Hill AFB so close by. The staff were very nice and helpful with local tips. You’ll have a bit more travel time to reach the ski slopes, so the location isn’t ideal for getting close to them. But if you’re willing to trade that for the price, give the place a shot.

Leah, the front desk manager, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they answered my questions patiently. Kathy, the night manager, is super sweet too, and her nails are always on point. The location is really good: Target is a seven-minute walk away, Barnes & Noble’s is two minutes away, In-N-Out is down the road, and there are a couple dozen other good places to eat nearby. The free hot chocolate bar is always great. The breakfast is free, and that’s all I care about. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping is punctual. The smoke detectors are a little sensitive, but that’s better than them not working. Really good place to stay, would recommend.

After long days at the conference, the couch was a great place to put my feet up, and there was plenty of room to get work done. I stayed in a clean, quiet two-bedroom suite. Check-in was quick, and the desk staff were amazing. The service and room were stellar. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy stay in Layton.

I’ve stayed here more than 400 nights over the past five years, and with a crew of anywhere from two to ten, I wouldn’t pick another property in LAYTON UTAH. The place is consistent and very well kept. Every staff member is amazing and goes above and beyond for guests, catering to their needs 24 hours a day. No exceptions!
