The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. We only stayed one night, and the walls were so thin that we could hear the people next door talking and one of them coughing. We didn’t have time to try breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Still, it was a good stay, and we’d come back if we’re in the area.

We had a great view of the mountains, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was basic but enough, and there was free coffee in the lobby at any hour. Management and staff were okay, though a bit more friendliness would’ve been nice. I’d stay here again if I come back to town.

We’ll be back. It’s a convenient place for visiting family, and we could bring our dogs. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was awesome, and the location worked well for us. A couple of small things need attention: the toilet paper holder wouldn’t latch shut, and the sink stopper kept the water from draining properly. We also had neighbors who let their door slam in the middle of the night, though that can happen at most hotels.

The meeting room was just what we needed for work, and the building felt safe with plenty of parking. My room had a breathtaking view, and I woke up to the Smokey Mountains every day. Everything was updated, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating, going above and beyond. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The room was comfortable, clean, and nice, and breakfast was good. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, so I had to wedge them closed. During the two days we were there, the fitness center had no wipes for the equipment and no cups by the water cooler. There’s only one treadmill, too.
