The location worked well, close to Fort Leavenworth and main roads while still being quiet. The hotel feels modern, clean, and well kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it had the amenities we needed. Housekeeping was attentive and consistent. Staff were friendly, professional, and courteous, whether helping with a quick question or offering local suggestions. Breakfast had a good range of options, and the dining space was organized. The indoor pool and fitness center were clean and enjoyable after a long day. A reliable, comfortable stay with great service, whether you're visiting briefly or staying longer.

The pool area smelled awful as soon as I walked in, like mold. The chairs and recliners were dirty and looked moldy, and there was something weird and slimy on the bottom of the pool. The ladder for getting out was broken, with a rung missing. The front desk women and the woman stocking breakfast weren't friendly or welcoming either. The rooms need renovation, with worn furniture and bathrooms. With things in this condition and the current management, I would not recommend this hotel.

Since this is a fairly new property, everything still feels clean and new. Judith at the front desk was extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff were welcoming too. It's centrally located, so there are plenty of good options nearby. A good stay!

Service at the inn was amazing, and the rooms were okay. Our first room had a stain on the bed, but switching rooms was easy enough. We mainly came for the pool and were disappointed by it: there was mold, hair, dirt, dead bugs by the windows, and broken pieces at the bottom. It also smelled strange when our swimsuits dried. It was an okay stay overall. I'd probably come back, just not to swim.

The customer service is over the top, and the rooms are clean. Lisa checked in to see how our stay was going and asked what she could do to make it better. Breakfast has been consistently good, too. You should choose this hotel over the others in the area!
