Cedar Grove Inn

We went in June 2025 for three nights to see our new granddaughter and family. Kim and Richard, along with their whole family, were kind and hospitable and made us feel like family. The Nautical Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, outdoor pool, BBQ, and watching the chickens. It was a relaxing visit, much better than a hotel stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Kim and Rich made us feel at home. It’s cozy, quiet, and peaceful, and Kim’s a great cook. The pool is nice too. I’d really recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

It feels like staying with your lively grandparents. When we arrived, the owner was out gardening with her young grandson. Later, from the lovely front porch, we watched her husband chase after a loose chicken. The place was very clean but also clearly lived in. This isn’t a B&B where the owners hide their lives behind a closed door. We had to leave early and skipped breakfast, but she offered us a fruit bowl for the road. It turned out to be enough for several people. Very peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

We had a nice room downstairs and enjoyed our stay at Cedar Grove Inn. Kim and Rich were great hosts, and we’d go back if we get the chance. Breakfast was made to order, there were treats whenever you wanted them, and a snack basket in the room.
