During a winter storm, the team here made a stressful stay much easier for my family. Check-in was quick even though the front desk was covering several areas, and they gladly brought us extra towels while clearly very busy. The next morning, the breakfast staff were kind and understanding when my toddler dumped all his cereal on the floor. I really appreciated their work.

Two people on the early shift were kind, but the others were too busy joking around with friends to help. I’m angry I spent money here. This hotel needs a major upgrade. The bed was painfully uncomfortable, the sheets seemed too small for a king and wouldn’t stay put, and the couch was worn, stained, and uncomfortable, like it could be fifty years old. The tub caulking looked like a kindergarten project. The phones didn’t work, and the thermostat had a handwritten note saying to use only air or emergency heat. With emergency heat, the room warmed up, then blew cold air, so I had to raise the setting and it would blow cold again. Unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again even for free. Hampton is usually our go-to because it’s better, but not this one. Upgrade the hotel, Patel. Stop lining your pockets.

The front desk staff were friendly, and they returned our money without any trouble when we asked. The room, though, was so dirty and run down that it made me question the whole brand. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly in ages, and the bedspread had visible stains. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the shower surround was cracked, the shampoo was empty, and the sink soap dispenser was coming off the wall. The bedside lamps were broken, and the toilet leaked and refilled loudly every 15-20 minutes. This was nowhere near Hampton or Hilton standards. I’d avoid this location.

Don’t stay here! It’s about 25 years past its prime and filthy. I’ve spent over 1,000 nights in Hilton properties, and this was easily the worst one I’ve stayed in. Even the towels were old. The sheets were the wrong size and wouldn’t stay on the mattress. It needs a complete renovation, or they should close it if they aren’t going to fix this mess.
