First off, the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were fine. A little road noise, but that's normal. The continental breakfast was small, but did have eggs, Canadian bacon, and sausage, a waffle maker with batter, instant oatmeal, bread, bagel, muffin, cereal, and fruit... something for everyone. The decoration of the space and lighting made it feel like a liminal space. There was a big empty area in the corner of the room. My only problem, and unfortunately it's a big one, is that the door didn't lock without a lot of tries. The strike plate for the door was barely atta

Tv didn't work, was told there was nothing they can do. Glass shower door wouldn't stay shut and the glass tiles got wet creating a huge slippery fall hazard. Rooms need some painting and maintenance, the rug and the comforter had visible stains on it. Breakfast was ok, having some juice options and some other add ons would have been nice Will not stay here again.

Ant, who checked me in for an overnight on September 30th, was extremely friendly and helpful, which made it worth the good amount of money I paid for my room. The room was spacious and had clean carpet floors. The breakfast was delicious too, except for not having peanut butter. Really, the higher price and the lack of peanut butter are the only 2 things that brought my rating down to 4 stars. Not to worry though...I would totally stay at this place again if back in the Lebanon area!
