The door was the biggest problem for me. It took a lot of tries to get it to lock, and the strike plate was barely attached and swung around. Traveling alone with my daughter, I didn’t feel very secure. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were fine. There was a little road noise, which is normal. Breakfast was limited, but there were eggs, Canadian bacon, sausage, waffles, instant oatmeal, bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit, so there was something for everyone. The lighting and decor made the place feel like a liminal space, with a big empty corner in the room.

The TV didn’t work, and I was told nothing could be done. The glass shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so water got onto the glass tiles and made a serious slipping hazard. The rug and comforter had visible stains, and the rooms could use paint and maintenance. Breakfast was okay, though some juice choices and other add-ons would’ve been nice. I won’t stay here again.

Ant checked me in for an overnight stay on September 30th and was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with clean carpet, and breakfast was delicious, though there was no peanut butter. The price and missing peanut butter are the only reasons I gave four stars. I’d gladly stay again if I’m back in the Lebanon area.

I want to personally thank all the staff at the Quality Inn in Lebanon NH. I’ve stayed here twice in one week for work, both times after booking at the last minute, and they were accommodating about finding me a room. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and actually engaged in conversation, which is rare these days.

The room and bed were nicely renovated and comfortable. I was on the first floor and could hear footsteps upstairs. The heater was pretty noisy, but I could turn it off and the room stayed at a great temperature. I’d stay again. It’s close to Dartmouth hospital.
