I’ve been here for 6 or 7 years and have always been happy. Maintenance handles requests quickly, the front office is friendly and communicative, and the amenities are good, updated, with new things added like EV charging stations. Definitely recommend.

I feel lucky to call new Longview apartments home. My neighbors are amazing, and the nearby places have become our regular go tos. Matt has been a huge help around the property, and maintenance is just as great, getting on things as soon as possible. I’ve been really impressed. Thanks to everyone who keeps this place running, and Brad, you’re great too! 😁

The place is beautiful, and I get some really lovely views from my balcony. I moved in September, and this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. I’d been hesitant to try apartment living again, but I’m glad I did. The layout feels more like a house, everything is kept clean, and I haven’t had maintenance problems. My electric bill was very low in the warmer months. It’s a little high in winter, partly because cold air comes in around the windows, but mostly because I’m always cold and keep the heat higher than most people would. They give advance notice before maintenance needs to come in, which I appreciate because my cat is very nervous. Neighbors are quiet at night, and Maddie on the staff made me feel welcome when I moved in.

The area is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, and we’re loving our new home. Moving in went smoothly. The office staff worked around both my needs and my daughter’s, explained everything so well that I had no questions about what I needed to do, and gave me all the information I needed. They’ve continued checking in regularly to make sure things are going well.
