Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg

I booked two nights. The front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was what you'd expect, but the location wasn't ideal, parking was limited, the rooms felt dated, and the building layout was poor. Poor communication between staff meant they checked me out the morning after I arrived. Some of my belongings were then discarded or misplaced. When I raised it with management, they showed no concern.

Caution, caution, caution. I stayed at the Leesburg Homewood Suite on a bicycle tour on 8/28/25, in room 321. Within my first half hour there, my wallet went missing from the room while I was out for 15 minutes. I checked in by showing my ID, went straight to the room, and had told staff where the wallet was. They insisted everyone was honest and that I must have lost it somewhere else. They were no help and made no effort to investigate, just said it couldn't have happened and no one could enter the room. No one came up to inspect the room or door. There are no cameras in the hallways or elevators. The front desk phone also went unanswered, so I kept having to go downstairs with questions.

A pretty typical Homewood Suites, and good for family stays. The pillows weren't great and the shower pressure was weak, though that may just have been my room.

The morning front desk guy always has headphones in, so he can't hear anything, and he doesn't seem very professional. I asked for bottled water with breakfast and he told me to take a cup. I'm driving with food to go, so I can't have things spilling in my car.
