The hot tub and breakfast nook were my favorite parts. The building felt clean and secure, with working key cards, a fairly clear parking lot, and good lighting at night. We also liked having necessities within walking distance. The room had useful amenities, including AC and heat, a mini-fridge in the cabinet, a TV, and plenty of pillows that helped with physical discomfort. Staff kept the halls, rooms, and pools maintained, brought fresh towels, emptied the trash, and left extra soap. JD and Katrina did their best to make us comfortable, and the woman looking after breakfast was kind and attentive, keeping the area replenished for us and the guests who came later. We enjoyed staying at Timpanogos Inn (Best Western), and will definitely come back. We were there January 16-18, 2026, and shared this on 1-20-26.

The beds were comfortable and the location convenient, but that was about all I liked. We stayed here on the way home because of its 4.3 rating, and I don't see how it earned that. Maybe friends and family of the owner wrote the reviews. I'd give it about a 3.0 at best, and it's one of the worst Best Westerns I've stayed at in years. There were no microwaves in the rooms, and the walls were so thin we heard the next room's TV all night. When I asked the manager about the microwaves, he said the chain no longer required them, so they had removed them all. That gave me the impression the owners do only the bare minimum to meet standards. We won't stay here again. There are several other Best Westerns nearby, so we'll choose one of those.

Really nice updated rooms, and ours was very clean. The hotel is small, but the breakfast and pool were great. The staff were courteous and quick to help. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were nicely kept, and we had a pleasant two-night stay while in town for a wedding. My wife and I enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, the nice pool, and the friendly, kind staff.

The guy at the front desk was really nice. The room was great, with clean, comfortable beds, though the bathroom was a little small. I'd definitely stay again.
