Comfort Inn Manchester Airport

I'm very disappointed in the staff and accommodations here, and wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed an extra day because of the snow, but my room wasn't cleaned, the trash wasn't taken out, and I wasn't offered fresh towels during my three nights. I have difficulty walking and use a cane. There are only five accessible parking spaces. I parked near the side entrance, close to my room, but its electronic lock was broken. The accessible spaces at the front were all the way down the hall from my room. It snowed during my stay. The ramp by the side entrance had been cleared but not salted, and I slipped and fell there. There's a security camera by the door, and the front desk staff constantly watch the video feeds, so I'm sure they saw me. I managed to get up and walk around the building through the slippery, unsalted parking lot and along an equally slippery, unsalted sidewalk. I complained about the lack of accessibility, my fall, and the broken side door. The clerk offered to help with my bags, but when I called for that help, he never showed up. When I went back inside and returned the keycards, he was on the phone and left me standing without acknowledging me. There was no common decency.

It's an okay place, with plenty of parking. Lots of construction workers stay here, and it looks like some people live here long term. The rooms aren't terrible, and there is a free breakfast buffet, but I found a hair in the food. Completely disgusting. They have the nerve to charge prices like a five-star hotel.

A decent, affordable option for a night or two. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower was good, the coffee maker worked, and the blackout shade was great. The whole place has a bit of a cigarette smell, and the only vending machines are tucked way at the back of the first floor. At least the snacks were just $1.75 each.

The hotel and room were okay, but we hadn't been told when booking that the pool was completely shut down and torn apart for renovations. We definitely overpaid, and would've booked somewhere else if we'd known. The "gym" is just a treadmill, a bike, and a few dumbbells. It felt very misleading. If all we needed was a bed, we could've saved a lot by booking another hotel. Not happy.
