The second room had an even dirtier shower than the first, and although its bed was better, it still wasn’t very good. The front desk staff were nice and found us another room after I asked the next morning. We’d stayed two nights and won’t return. On our first evening we found there was no TV remote, which was annoying but not a big deal. Then we noticed the shower floor was dirty. The so-called queen bed felt smaller than a queen and had a huge dip. I sank through it and could feel several springs. Our daughter was already asleep, so we put up with it that night. I barely slept, and we both woke up with sore backs. It wasn’t a great stay, and we’ll never stay at Staybridge again.

We were really happy here and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Lehi. After a bad experience at another hotel, we moved here for the week and a half before we could get into our new home, and I’m glad we did. The place is beautifully kept, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen has just the right amount of things for a longer stay. The front desk was always helpful, and we liked the breakfast and happy hour meals.

Free laundry was a big help, and the pool area was lovely and well kept. There’s also a roomy fitness center with modern equipment, clean common spaces, and a business area where I could get some work done. The complimentary breakfast was better than I expected, with a good range of hot food, fruit, and pastries, kept stocked and organized. The room was spotless and spacious, with a full kitchen, comfortable seating, cozy beds, fresh linens, and soft pillows. The location is convenient, just off the exit, easy to find, and with plenty of parking. John at the desk was kind and accommodating, and all the staff made me feel welcome. Cheyenne was friendly and professional at checkout too. The price seemed very reasonable for the quality and service. One of my nicest and most comfortable hotel stays in a long time. I’ll be back and recommend Staybridge Inn and Suites in Lehi to friends and family.

A slow-draining sink and a kitchen disposal that quit working were fixed within a few hours after we reported them. The front desk staff were kind and responsive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s a newer Staybridge, with plenty of stores and entertainment nearby. Really good value, and I’d happily stay here again.

The hot tub was great and the rooms were nice, but Staybridge seems to be cutting back on staff. The front desk was rarely staffed. Breakfast was meant to run from 7 to 10, yet the food was gone by 9 and the tables were dirty. They used cheap Styrofoam plates, and casting to the TV didn’t work. At least it was clean.
