When I need a few days away from my semi truck, I stay at the Leitchfield Guesthouse. I’ve been in plenty of hotels on the road, but this is the one I’ll return to whenever I’m passing through this part of the state. The rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable, the showers are clean and nice and hot, and the TV has satellite in high definition. The staff are helpful and attentive. They showed me around the pretty house and grounds.
