Danny made my building tour comfortable and enjoyable, and it's clear he cares about helping people find the right fit. He was attentive without rushing me, answered all my questions, and explained things clearly and confidently. His knowledge of the property and surrounding area really stood out. I'd definitely recommend working with him.

The building is a great place, and the people who keep it in good shape make it even better. The cleaning and maintenance are impressive. Everyone I've asked for help has gone out of their way, and staff are consistently kind and professional. 10/10, especially to the longtime staff who've made a lasting positive difference.

The front desk and package staff at Escape are the bright spot: they're consistently kind, helpful, and professional. My experience with management has been the opposite. Daniel in particular is rude and disrespectful to tenants, speaks to people poorly, and enforces rules while not following them himself. I lived at Postmark for eight years and had only positive experiences there. The building was well run, and its management team was professional and attentive. Since moving to Escape, a BLT-managed building, a year and a half ago, things have been completely different. After I hosted an event in Escape's kitchen, as many residents do, I was hit with a $2,600 bill to replace two vinyl floor panels. The charge seems grossly inflated, and the building hasn't provided documentation showing that my event caused the damage. I believe it was retaliation because Daniel was visibly upset that my guests and I were also using the adjacent common space and about the kind of event I was hosting. I find this treatment unacceptable, and Escape's reviews reflect that. I strongly advise against moving into Escape or any BLT-managed property. Other buildings have management companies that value and respect residents. I've also heard firsthand from more than one person that the building refused to return tenants' security deposits by inventing inflated amounts for questionable charges.
